By purchasing, downloading, or using any website template or digital asset from Gurelabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Licensing
Purchasing a template grants you a non-exclusive license to build and customize your site; you do not own the underlying design assets or code.
Standard License:
Use the template for one live website (personal, commercial, or client).Extended License:
Use the template on unlimited live websites, including for clients or multiple businesses.
You may customize the template freely, but you may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the original file
Allowed Usage
You may fully edit, customize, and transfer the finished, published site to your own business or a client, based on the tier of license purchased.
Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or publicly sharing original or modified Gurelabs template files (including Framer remix links) in any marketplace or library.
No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of digital assets, all sales by Gurelabs are final, with no refunds or exchanges provided once a template link is accessed.
Product Updates
Gurelabs strives to maintain templates with bug fixes and updates, granting past buyers access to newer versions when available without guaranteeing lifetime product updates.
Customer Support
Support covers original template setup, default functionality, and inherent bug fixes via email, but excludes custom design modifications, bespoke code edits, or 1-on-1 calls.
Support Conduct
Gurelabs reserves the right to terminate customer support services if communication involves harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
Limitation of Liability
Gurelabs is not liable for any indirect damages, business losses, or technical issues resulting from your customization or reliance on our templates.
